Pure Sine Inverter Module with EGS002 EG8010 IR2110 23.4KHZ PWM Carrier Frequency

Feature: EG8010 is a digital, fully functional pure sine inverter generator chip with dead zone control. It is applied to DC-DC-AC two-stage power conversion architecture or DC-AC single-stage power frequency transformer boost converter. The architecture includes an external 12MHz crystal oscillator and can realize a pure sine 50Hz or 60Hz inverter chip with high precision, low distortion, and harmonics.

The chip adopts CMOS technology and integrates SPWM sine generator, dead time control circuit, amplitude factor multiplier, RS232 serial communication interface, and 12832 serial LCD driver module. The pure sine inverter driver board EGS002 EG8010 IR2110 driver module supports both unipolar and bipolar modulation and features real-time processing of voltage, current, and temperature feedback.

With dead zone control, the chip sets 4 dead time options: 300nS, 500nS, 1.0uS, and 1.5uS. It also offers a pin setting mode with a 1S response time. The serial communication allows for the setting of output voltage, frequency, and other parameters, while the external serial port 12832 liquid crystal display module displays the voltage, frequency, temperature, and current of the inverter.
